Brianne Schwarz, DDS
Owner, Doctor
Dr. Schwarz grew up in Baraboo, Wisconsin and received an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences with a minor in chemistry at Marquette University. She was accepted into the accelerated pre-dental scholars program and completed her dental degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2018. She currently lives in Baraboo with her husband, Tony, and daughter, Lola. She enjoys hiking, camping, and cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams with her family.
Dr. Schwarz loves working with patients to achieve their oral health goals by listening to their objectives and formulating individualized plans for long term success. She is dedicated to producing high quality, comfortable care for all patients in order to build lasting patient-provider relationships. Dr. Schwarz keeps up with the latest dental research to ensure the materials and methods being used have been tested for quality and durability.
Jen Stephens, RDH
Owner, Dental Hygienist
Jen brings 24 years of experience to the practice, she began her career as a dental assistant, and found she had a passion for making people smile while helping them achieve optimal oral health. Her passion led her to Dental Hygiene school where she graduated in 2007. Her career and love of dentistry has taken her into many facets of the industry including education, management, transition and now ownership. Jen strives to give her patients the highest quality, individualized care through education, compassion, and respect. She continues to grow and strengthen her skills with continuing education classes and courses, ensuring she has the most up to date information and techniques to give her patients and team.
Jen's other passion is her family, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Tyler, and their children Olivia, Harper & Maxx as well as her very large extended family. When she is not in the office she loves being on the Wisconsin River, Lake Wisconsin, listening to local artists, traveling and making memories throughout the beautiful River Valley area.
Tia Walsh

ia started her journey in the dental field after a fulfilling career in cosmetology. Having that background in customer service along with her love of helping people feel great made her transition an easy one. Over the last 6 years she has learned and grown in her knowledge of dentistry and insurance, and has gained a passion for assisting patients maximize their insurance benefits so they can achieve their oral health goals. Her positive energy and compassionate spirit make patients feel comfortable and at ease every time they walk through the door. Tia is excited to continue to advance in her career and give our community optimal dental experiences.
Tia and her husband Jeremy have three outstanding children, Reyanna (Scott), Natalie and Ty. She and Jeremy recently became grandparents to granddaughter Oaklyn who has stolen all of their hearts. In her free-time, Tia loves to read, support her children in their extracurricular activities, golf and go on Jeep rides with Jeremy, and be grandma to Oaklyn.
Morgan Bowell
Dental Assistant
Morgan is the newest member of our growing team. She obtained her CNA license as a sophomore in high school and has worked at the Meadows ever since. She was accepted into the nursing program at UW-Eau Claire, but has always had an interest in teeth and oral health. After much thought and discussion she decided to take the leap and give a career in dentistry a shot. Her experience with patients, eagerness to learn and passion for helping others make this career choice a perfect fit. She is currently on the waitlist for the Dental Hygiene program at MATC and is excited to learn and grow in this fast paced healthcare industry.
Morgan grew up in the River Valley area, and loves the sense of community River Valley has. In her free-time she enjoys boating, UTVing or just spending time with her parents, brother Hayden (Kenzie), friends and large extended family. Her hobbies include hiking, working out and shopping.
